I am Vladimir Ezhakov,
Work Experience:
Education:
2003-2013 — Painting and drawing instructor at the Ilya Repin Institute
In 1992, entered the N.K. Roerich Art School.
In 2003, was awarded a diploma as the “Winner of the St. Petersburg Grant Competition for Students, Postgraduates, and Young Specialists.”
In 1997, enrolled at the Ilya Repin St. Petersburg State Academic Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Studied under V.I. Reikhet, V.V. Pimenov, N.N. Repin, N.S. Lysak, and N.D. Blokhin. Many academic works were accepted into the institute’s collection and exhibited in methodological exhibitions.
Received the “Best Graduate of 2003” diploma for the graduation painting. This work is included in the permanent collection of the Museum of the Academy of Arts
Graduated in 1997 with the qualification of Artist-Teacher.
2004 — Member of the Union of Artists of Russia
2003-2008 — Internship at the Creative Workshop of the Academy of Arts
2013-2021 — Teaching and conducting master classes at art universities in China
Achievements:
2003 — Participant of the Seventh Festival of Slavic Culture in Paris
2004 — Participant in the All-Russian Young Artists Competition, Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow)
2004 — Laureate of the "Prague Autumn" Festival
2006 — Presentation of the art project "Artists of Russia to the World" (Berlin, Germany)
2007 — International Art Festival in Domburg, Netherlands, prizewinner in the portrait competition among festival participants
2007 — Solo exhibition at the St. Petersburg Union of Artists
2008 — Solo exhibition in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
2009 — Solo exhibition "Reflections of the Soul," Beijing, China. Regular participant of traveling exhibitions of Russian artists in China (2003–2007)
2009 — Second solo exhibition at the Union of Artists
2011 — Solo exhibition “The Magic of the Ballet.” London, UK
2013 — Participation in Affordable Art Fair (Singapore); 2014 (Stockholm)
2014 — Exhibition at Dalian Polytechnic University, China. Awarded the title of "Honorary Professor of Dalian Polytechnic University"
