About Me
I am Vladimir Ezhakov, a contemporary artist.
In my works, I strive not only to depict images but also to reveal to the viewer the depth of human feelings and experiences.
A special place in my art belongs to the female portrait—mysterious, captivating, and full of emotion. I am inspired to play with color and composition, to combine sensual hues, and to make bold brushstrokes, bringing my paintings closer to the traditions of the early Impressionists.
The theme of dance holds an important place in my art. I find inspiration in the graceful movements of ballerinas, painting them both on stage and beyond—in moments of anticipation and contemplation.
These subjects allow me to reveal the characters' personalities, to convey their inner world and subtle psychological traits.
I do not chase novelty for novelty’s sake.
